In April 2013, I quit my full-time fashion job in New York City to travel the world for the very first time.  I left my apartment, sold most of my belongings, and booked a one-way ticket to Europe with my camera, a backpack, and a life-sized cutout of my father’s photograph.

At 24 years old, I took the biggest risk of my life in response to the biggest loss in my life.  And taking this risk was the catalyst in allowing me to live the life of my dreams. I am just a normal girl, in love with the world – I didn’t come from a rich family, I worked hard to save my own money, and I never let my failures convince me to give up on my dreams.
